Freshly remodeled cozy house close distance to Mamas Boy, Downtown Athens, Sanford Stadium, and UGA’s campus. Nestled in a quiet, young adult/student friendly neighborhood behind Oconee St, this freshly remodeled home boasts all the comforts you need to feel right at home! Many updated appliances and new furniture. Plenty of parking in front and rear driveway, with privacy. Walk to Greenway, Mamas Boy, and well situated less then 20 min walk from downtown!

My family enjoyed our stay and I would recommend anyone to try to book this place if ever in Athens.
Just stayed at this beautiful home for my daughters graduation. It’s was so perfect for our family and had a great amount of space and bathrooms for all. Would definitely stay here again.

A friend group of 8 stayed for 3 nights in this Airbnb for a veterinary school reunion, and it was the perfect accommodation for friends who wanted to have more time with each other while also not bunking up together. The inside and outside spaces were perfect and comfortable., and a bathroom for each bedroom was a perk. Priscilla was very communicative and answered the few questions we had very quickly. She also proactively checked in to see how things were after our first night there and had sent restaurant recommendations to us ahead of check-in. Walkable to Mama’s Boy, which has been a long time favorite of ours, to downtown Athens, and to the Greenway. Uber was cheap and easy, too. We would definitely stay again if available next time we are back in Athens.
