Frequently Asked Questions
The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast!
At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a security deposit of $250. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A nonrefundable 5% fee for any cancellations done after booking.
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon property availability and should be requested upon booking.
Early Check-In:
$25 add-on (3:00pm instead)
$50 add-on (2:00pm instead)
$75 add-on (1:00pm instead)
Late Check-Out:
$25 add-on (11:00am instead)
$50 add-on (12:00pm instead)
$75 add-on (1:00pm instead)
Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine, no matter how late- its self check-in!
At this time we do not offer separate rates.
Our professional cleaning service follows CDC guidelines to ensure all common surfaces are cleaned and disinfected and use disinfectants approved on List N from the EPA, which kill the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). Each property is professionally cleaned after each use.
We do offer free parking for vehicles included with your reservation. If parking for additional cars are needed, there is free street parking, first come first serve. The amount of parking available at each home is listed below:

We welcome children at our short term rentals, and have a baby crib available at every home. We also have toys for children to play with at each home.
We love our furry friends! Our pet policies varies based on the homes. Please refer to the list below for restrictions.

168 Herring St: Pets allowed on a case by case basis at $150 per pet (max of 2)
