Freshly remodeled cozy house close distance to Mamas Boy, Downtown Athens, Sanford Stadium, and UGA’s campus. Nestled in a quiet, young adult/student friendly neighborhood behind Oconee St, this freshly remodeled home boasts all the comforts you need to feel right at home! Many updated appliances and new furniture. Plenty of parking in front and rear driveway, with privacy. Walk to Greenway, Mamas Boy, and well situated less then 20 min walk from downtown!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodations accurately described. We enjoyed the back deck in the beautiful spring weather. Priscilla was responsive to any questions we sent. Would absolutely stay again.
A friend group of 8 stayed for 3 nights in this Airbnb for a veterinary school reunion, and it was the perfect accommodation for friends who wanted to have more time with each other while also not bunking up together. The inside and outside spaces were perfect and comfortable., and a bathroom for each bedroom was a perk. Priscilla was very communicative and answered the few questions we had very quickly. She also proactively checked in to see how things were after our first night there and had sent restaurant recommendations to us ahead of check-in. Walkable to Mama’s Boy, which has been a long time favorite of ours, to downtown Athens, and to the Greenway. Uber was cheap and easy, too. We would definitely stay again if available next time we are back in Athens.
The house was cute clean suited my needs. The decor was simple and cute. If I had to make a comment house, interior needs to be repainted in areas.

O local é uma graça e a área externa é uma delícia para fazer almoços em família e aproveitei a beleza da natureza ao redor. Foram dias de paz no local e com certeza voltaríamos. Obrigada pela recepção e carinho.
Price was very expensive( that’s why I gave it 3 stars) but that’s to be expected game weekends. There were not enough towels for the guests but host responded right away and had some delivered.
